Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really good! Wasn't sure what I was cooking for dinner and all I had thawed was mild country sausage.. saw this recipe and had to make a few tweaks based on what I had in my pantry. I used half and half instead of whipping cream with 2 tbs of melted butter. Also sautéed the spinach with couple tbs of butter and about a table spoon of Italian seasoning. I didn't have onions so I used onion powder and added another tablespoon of Italian seasoning to the meat and garlic. Overall it turned out so good! Will definitely make again and add a little salt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent week night meal! I just happened to pick this up last night with some spinach and milk, found this recipe this morning and whipped it together in 30 minutes! Since I didn't have whopping cream on hand I used 2% milk and 2 Tbs of butter. It looks delicious and smells amazing!
