Open-Face Sausage Snacks
Warm rye bread topped with savory Jimmy Dean® Pork Sausage, horseradish and a blend of cheeses makes for delectable open-faced bites.
1 package Pork Sausage Rolls: Regular
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Parmesan cheese
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 garlic clove, minced
48 slices cocktail rye bread
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine all ingredients except bread in large bowl.
Place bread slices in single layer on baking sheets. Top each with about 1 tablespoon sausage.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
