Sausage Skillets Brunch Quiche
1 box refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on package
1 package Jimmy Dean® Sausage Skillets
2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Spray bottom and sides of a 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. On a lightly floured surface, unroll and stack crusts on top of each other. Roll to a 16x12-inch rectangle. Fit crust into pan, pressing firmly into corners and sides. Flute top of crust, if desired.
Bake for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375⁰F.
Sprinkle Skillets mixture evenly over crust. Beat eggs and milk in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in cheese and salt and pepper. Pour over ingredients in pan.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 12 squares to serve.
