You can’t go wrong starting your day off with Jimmy Dean® Sausage Skillets packed with our signature-seasoned sausage, hearty veggies and cheddar cheese. Just add six eggs and you can make sure the most important meal of the day is also the most delicious.

PREPARATION

Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality purposes, this product must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165°f prior to eating. Since stove tops and skillets may vary time and temperature may need adjustment.
Cooks tips: for best results recommend using a non-stick skillet. 
You need: 6 large eggs and no-stick cooking spray

1. Beat 6 eggs with a wire whisk in medium bowl until well blended; set aside.
2. Open package and remove cheese pouch; set aside.
3. Spray a large 12-inch non-stick skillet with no stick cooking spray; pour in vegetable/meat pouch contents.
4. Cook stirring frequently over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are hot and browned. Pour beaten eggs evenly over vegetable mixture. Open cheese pouch and sprinkle cheese over eggs, if desired. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve.
