Sausage Quiche

This delightful sausage breakfast quiche—made with our savory Jimmy Dean® Signature Seasoned Sausage—will be the star of your next brunch.


  • 1 package Regular Premium Pork Sausage, cooked, crumbled, drained

  • 4 green onions, sliced

  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups half-and-half or milk

  • 1 cup all-purpose baking mix

  • Suggested toppings: Sour cream, chopped tomatoes, chopped fresh parsley


  1. Cook sausage in large skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Stirring frequently; drain and set aside.

  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place sausage in lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan; top with onions and cheese.

  3. Beat eggs, half-and-half and baking mix with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over cheese.

  4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into 12 squares. Add toppings.
