Pork Nachos

Throw Jimmy Dean® Premium Pork Sausage, cheese, sour cream and onion powder in the slow cooker and slather the melted goodness over a bed of nachos.


  • 1 package Regular Premium Pork Sausage

  • 16 ounces pasteurized process cheese spread, cut into cubes

  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Tortilla chips


  1. Cook sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain.

  2. Add cooked sausage to slow cooker. Stir in pasteurized process cheese spread, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste; mix well.

  3. Cover; cook on high setting for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
