1/2 package Breakfast Skillet: Sausage
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin cups with cooking spray. Divide Skillets mixture evenly into muffin cups.
Combine milk and cornstarch in a small bowl; mixing until corn starch is dissolved. Beat eggs, milk mixture, Parmesan cheese, oil, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Pour mixture evenly over Skillet mixture in baking cups.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle cheese evenly over eggs cups. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from muffin pan.
