Meat Lovers Simple Scrambles

Help fuel your day with these warm, fresh-made breakfast cups and 22g of protein, made with two real eggs, cheese, sausage and bacon, that is ready in seconds.

PREPARATION

Instructions were developed using an 1100-watt microwave oven

Ovens vary; heat times may need to be adjusted. 

 

1. Remove film completely from cup and remove contents; pour eggs into cup. 
2. Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds. CAUTION CUP AND EGGS WILL BE HOT. 
3. Stir in contents of pouch. Microwave for an additional 30-40 seconds until eggs are cooked.

Let stand in microwave for 1 minute. 
CAUTION CUP AND EGGS WILL BE HOT. Enjoy!

 

SIMPLE SCRAMBLES COOKING TIPS

Because all microwave ovens vary, additional time may be needed for microwaves below 1100 watts.  

 

1000-1300 watts 

1. Remove film completely from cup and remove contents; our eggs into cup. 
2. Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds. CAUTION CUP AND EGGS WILL BE HOT. 
3. Stir in contents of pouch. Microwave for an additional 30-40 seconds until eggs are cooked.* Let stand in microwave for 1 minute. 

 

900 watts 

1. Remove film completely from cup and remove contents; pour eggs into cup. 
2. Microwave on HIGH for 50 seconds. CAUTION CUP AND EGGS WILL BE HOT.
3. Stir in contents of pouch. Microwave for an additional 30-40 seconds until eggs are cooked.* Let stand in microwave for 1 minute. 

 

700-800 watts 

1. Remove film completely from cup and remove contents; pour eggs into cup. 
2. Microwave on HIGH for 65-70 seconds. CAUTION CUP AND EGGS WILL BE HOT. 
3. Stir in contents of pouch. Microwave for an additional 30-50 seconds until eggs are cooked.* Let stand in microwave for 1 minute. 

 

*If additional time is needed, microwave in 10 second increments until eggs are set. 
Placing the cup on the edge of the microwave turntable helps with even cooking and more optimal heating. 

Product puffs up and fills the cup while cooking. The cup has been right-sized to prevent eggs from overflowing during the cooking process and allow enough room to stir the product.
