Delights Turkey Sausage, Egg White & Cheese English Muffin

Enjoy a delicious breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage, egg whites, and cheese for a great start to your day. It’s a good source of calcium, whole grains and packed with 18g of lean protein.

PREPARATION

From Frozen: 

  1. Remove from wrapper. Wrap in paper towel. 
  2. Microwave on defrost (30% power) for 1 minute 30 seconds or until thawed. 
  3. Turn sandwich over. Microwave an additional 65 seconds on HIGH or until hot. (For compact or microwave ovens lower than 850 watts, add 35-45 seconds, if needed.) 
  4. Let stand in microwave for 1 ½ to 2 minutes before serving. 


From Refrigerated: 

  1. Remove from wrapper. Wrap in paper towel. 
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 65 seconds or until hot. (For compact or microwave ovens lower than 850 watts, add 5-10 seconds, if needed.) 
  3. Let stand in microwave for 1 ½ to 2 minutes before serving. 
  1. Thaw sandwich completely. 
  2. Separate in half between the turkey sausage and egg. 
  3. Wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350˚F for 20 minutes or until hot. 

Caution: Product will be hot. Enjoy!
