Start your day off right with the delicious taste of hickory smoked premium bacon. Jimmy Dean Center Cut Hickory Smoked Premium Bacon features a bold, balanced flavor that's smoked to perfection. Our center cut bacon contains 40% less fat than our regular bacon. Easily prepare our sliced bacon in a skillet, oven or microwave. Serve our oven fried bacon slices with eggs and toast for breakfast, or add slices to a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Pan fry bacon and add slices to make a BLT, or try layering in a grilled cheese sandwich. Enjoy a bacon burger, bacon wrapped scallops, cheesy bacon fries or a chicken bacon sandwich. Wrap bacon slices around dates, shrimp or asparagus for a tasty side dish. Jimmy Dean bacon is gluten-free and contains 5 grams of protein per serving. Each 12-ounce pack contains about 7 servings. Keep our premium bacon refrigerated until ready to prepare. 

PREPARATION

  1. Arrange up to 12 bacon slices on paper towel on microwave safe plate. Cover with paper towel to prevent spattering.
  2. Microwave on HIGH to desired crispness: 2 slices for 2 minutes, 4 slices for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, 12 slices for 8 to 9 minutes.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place desired number of bacon slices in shallow baking pan on broiler rack.
  2. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or to desired crispness. No turning needed.
