Our center cut bacon contains 40% less fat than our regular bacon. Easily prepare our sliced bacon in a skillet, oven or microwave. Serve our oven fried bacon slices with eggs and toast for breakfast, or add slices to a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Pan fry bacon and add slices to make a BLT, or try layering in a grilled cheese sandwich. Enjoy a bacon burger, bacon wrapped scallops, cheesy bacon fries or a chicken bacon sandwich. - Arrange up to 12 bacon slices on paper towel on microwave safe plate. Cover with paper towel to prevent spattering.
- Microwave on HIGH to desired crispness: 2 slices for 2 minutes, 4 slices for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, 12 slices for 8 to 9 minutes.
