Always follow heating instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. May be refrigerated overnight to thaw. Directions were developed using an 1100-watt microwave oven. Ovens vary; cook times may need to be adjusted. For best results heat from refrigerated.

Microwave Instructions:

From Refrigerated:

  1. Remove from wrapper. Wrap in paper towel.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 50-55 seconds or until hot. (For compact microwave ovens lower than 800 watts, add 10-20 seconds, if needed.)
  3. Let stand in microwave 1 minute before serving.

From Frozen:

  1. Remove from wrapper. Wrap in paper towel.
  2. Microwave on defrost (30% power) for 1 minute 30 seconds.
  3. Turn sandwich over, microwave on HIGH for 50 to 55 seconds or until sandwich is hot. (For compact microwave ovens lower than 800 watts, add 15-20 seconds, if needed.)
  4. Let stand in microwave 1 minute before serving.

Oven Instructions:

  1. Thaw sandwich completely.
  2. Separate in half between the sausages and egg.
  3. Wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until hot.

My husband and I were looking for a warm breakfast, that was both nutritional and easy to eat while on the run and we have found it with these breakfast sandwiches. My husband eats 2 and I eat one and we are satisfied until lunch! I definitely recommend!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really great flatbread sandwich! I used to purchase the Kellogg's flatbread product; no more! I began my low-calorie hunt for a suitable replacement and discovered these. What a difference! The Kellogg's sandwich truly was like eating a piece of cardboard. The flatbread here is tastier, softer and the sausage is juicy, better tasting, the sandwich is larger and of a higher quality as well. I add a little salt. I had read the one-star review and I am, frankly, delighted that it did not dissuade me. Flatbread is, by its nature, a "hard" bread.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sandwich ruined!! 1st sandwich I cooked according to directions from frozen. Only made it through the first minute and 30 seconds... Sandwich bread burned hard as a rock to the eggs and cheese, couldn't even peel them apart. Tossed that one in the garbage and went for the 2nd sandwich, again cooked according to directions from frozen (didn't burn this time although cooked the same way) cooked the extra 55 SEC as suggested and everything was boiling hot except the middle of the eggs which were still frozen.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Inedible Without a doubt the nastiest thing to ever come out of a box. The bread was hard as a rock and the one bite I took had the texture and taste of cardboard. The sausage and egg were dry and tasteless and even drowning it in guacamole didn't help. I thought I had maybe overcooked it and made a second one just to be sure, with a little less cooking time, but it was the same disaster. I'm very disappointed!!! I wouldn't even give this one star if I didn't have to in order to post this review.
