Say good morning to a tasty honey-wheat flatbread sandwich with turkey sausage, eggs and cheese. Enjoy this warm breakfast packed with lean protein and only 250 calories.

Preparation

Always follow heating instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. May be refrigerated overnight to thaw. Directions were developed using an 1100-watt microwave oven. Ovens vary; cook times may need to be adjusted. For best results heat from refrigerated.

Microwave

From Refrigerated:
  1. Remove from wrapper. Wrap in paper towel.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 50-55 seconds or until hot. (For compact microwave ovens lower than 800 watts, add 10-20 seconds, if needed.)
  3. Let stand in microwave 1 minute before serving. 


From Frozen: 

  1. Remove from wrapper. Wrap in paper towel.
  2. Microwave on defrost (30% power) for 1 minute 30 seconds. 
  3. Turn sandwich over, microwave on HIGH for 50 to 55 seconds or until sandwich is hot. (For compact microwave ovens lower than 800 watts, add 15-20 seconds, if needed.) 
  4. Let stand in microwave 1 minute before serving. 


Oven

  1. Thaw sandwich completely. 
  2. Separate in half between the sausages and egg. 
  3. Wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
