Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. Regular Flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- crackers, chips or pita crisps
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large mixing bowl, combine first six ingredients; stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to a lightly buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers, chips or pita crisps.
