Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent easy breakfast for a hungry crowd I served this to the family and they raved about how good it was. I used the low fat sausage which cooked up so fast with minimal grease. Used 10 eggs, half and half instead of the milk, and added a little cayenne pepper for some heat. I also used a bag of broccoli florets that I cooked in the microwave, then cut into small pieces. Delish - adding it to my recipe box!
