Rated 2 out of 5 by from Recipe Change I don't understand why manufacturers feel the need to do this kind of thing. The product was fine the way it was. Either they are being made someplace new, using different ingredients, or the recipe was deliberately changed. Why they think long time customers wont be able to tell the difference is beyond me. I grew up eating these, and at 41, I KNOW the difference. Coke found out the hard way PEOPLE DON'T LIKE CHANGE. No, I am not going to email you to discuss, so don't ask. Fix the product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Once was good Something has happened to the biscuit part of this once great snack. The taste is not as nice as it used to be, and it seems rather doughy in texture.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Changing the recipe? We have been buying this product for years, my husband eats them on the way to work every morning. We have had to go to another brand. The overall sausage and biscuits have a funny sweet taste. We have purchased at different stores, Kroger and Publix. If you have changed the recipe my hopes you will go back to the original recipe. Thank you for your time ...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty good, but the sausage needs more sizzle We eat quite a few of these, as it's an easy breakfast on the go. It's small enough to eat quickly and it's large enough to last 'til lunchtime. What I wish was that there was an option for a spicier sausage, either here or in the Delights line. I like and prefer to but these Sausage biscuits (especially since they come in the 20 pack in my local grocery store), but I'd drop them and forget I ever ate them if there was a spicy sausage breakfast sandwich from you guys or a competitor.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really disappointed with recipe change I don't usually review stuff, but I wanted to share my entire family's disgust with the change to the biscuit portion of these sandwiches. I was buying 3 36-packs of these every two weeks, because my 15 year old son inhaled 4 to 6 per day, my husband had 2 every morning for breakfast, and my 11 year old daughter and I both would occasionally snack on the them. The last 20-pack I bought has languished in my freezer for more than a month, half full. My husband says the biscuit part is too gummy and he can't swallow them. My 15 year old says it's "grody". My daughter would rather eat a granola bar, and I can't abide the texture, myself. I presume the social media people here have no control over the recipe change, but unless you switch it back, I won't buy more, and I'll advise others to do likewise.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from IT'S NOT BROKE - DON'T FIX IT! When did your "Homestyle BISCUIT Sausage" sandwiches become "Homestyle ROLL Sausage" Sandwiches? I used to enjoy them very much and recommended them to others. Now, not so much. Will try to find another brand of biscuit sausage that tastes like Jimmy Dean's used to.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Why change a good thing??? I have been buying these for years. Usually twice a month. The last purchase really disappointed my family. The sausage taste is not as good and they are longer biscuits but buns. They are not as good. May just have to quit buying if they are not changed back.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from What happened? Been eating your snack biscuit and sausage for years. The package we recently purchased at Walmart do not look or microwave the same. The biscuit looks more like a miniature hamburger roll. It also seems to overcook and harden easely.
