Canadian Bacon, Whole Egg & Cheese English Muffin

This Canadian bacon sandwich isn’t your everyday breakfast sandwich. With a whole cracked egg and juicy Canadian bacon, you get a scrumptious start to your day in no time.

PREPARATION

The following directions were developed using an 1100 watt microwave oven. Due to differences in microwave ovens, heating times may vary.

FROM FROZEN:

1. Remove from wrapper. Wrap in paper towel. 

2. Microwave on DEFROST (30% Power) for 2 minute 30 seconds. 

3. Turn sandwich over, microwave on HIGH for 60-65 seconds or until sandwich is hot. (For microwave ovens LOWER than 800 watts add 10-20 seconds, if needed.) 

4. Let stand in microwave 1-2 minutes, before serving. 

FROM REFRIGERATED:

1. Remove from wrapper. Wrap in paper towel. 

2. Microwave on HIGH for 60-65 seconds or until hot. (For compact microwave ovens LOWER than 800 watts add 5-10 seconds, if needed.) 

3. Let stand in microwave 1-2 minutes, before serving.

1. Thaw sandwich completely. 

2. Separate in half between the Canadian bacon and egg. Wrap in foil. 

3. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
